Yesterday you lived here in Alabama
today you dwell in PuertoRico,
overnight transition like Kansas
and Toto too, who goes now by the name of Goldie.
From the beginning you two were its only occupants,
and now the house abandoned
will forever be haunted by your absence.
Two other homes in our loop of seventeen
have been deserted in the last two days.
Impermanence is the system we live by;
change is the only thing that doesn’t change.

From the loop to Oz, superb. Toto has left the building, but I will stand by waiting for the cowardly lion, tin man, and scarecrow to appear. And don't forget the flying monkeys.
