WOLFMOON AND WOLFGANG

WOLF MOON AND WOLFGANG

first month
window east
full moon
lemon gold

inside
Mozart’s
Clarinet Concerto

music of man
artistry of nature

reminding us:
all’s well
with the world
within and without.

THREE-THREE-THREE

 THREE-THREE-THREE

3:33 belongs to you and me
and always will, Will.

Even if you go into your room,
lock the door,
and come out on another planet.

Even if I,
in the words of the other Will,
shuffle off this mortal coil.
.
Finally, when clocks no longer tick
and time no longer tocks,
3:33 will be ours for all eternity.

CLICHE DAY

  CLICHÉ DAY

National cliché day,
hey, hey, hey,
in the ear and out the mouth
without a brain between,
which would slow it down,
that which we call communication,
two many whiches,
two few broomsticks ,
but the world keeps spinning
round and round
and all the talk goes
on and on and on.

PER DAY

     PER DAY

A poem a day
will keep the blues away.
It works for me,
but does it work for you?
If not perhaps we need
to spark a quark
or charge a battery
or two
if one won’t do.

Now if you never
get the blues,
please drop me a line,
and all will be fine.

WORDS

      WORDS

The ultimate purpose
of words
is to take you
to the place of wordlessness,
core center of self,
world of wholeness
and oneness
with everything that is.

This may not happen,
but it will at least
make you think
about its possibility.
